General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AppCrate Innovations platform and services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service – the Tech Deal Sniper web application, including all features, content, and functionality.
- User – any individual who registers for and/or uses the Service.
- Subscription – a paid recurring plan granting access to Pro features.
- Listing – a product listing scraped from a third-party marketplace.
2. Service Description
Tech Deal Sniper monitors online marketplaces for tech product listings, scores them, and sends deal alerts to users. We act as an information service only — we do not sell products and are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Free & Pro Plans
The Free plan provides limited access including up to 3 alerts per day with a 30-minute delay.
The Pro plan (€9.99/month) provides unlimited instant alerts, unlimited filters, and advanced features.
We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing. Changes to pricing will apply to the next billing cycle and existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
5. Payments & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the provided payment method on a recurring basis. All prices include VAT where applicable.
If payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe's retry schedule. After repeated failures, your subscription may be cancelled and your plan downgraded to Free.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are given for partial months.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Deal scores, price benchmarks, and profit estimations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Market prices fluctuate and data may be delayed or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCrate Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits from purchase decisions based on our data.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and algorithms of the Service are the property of AppCrate Innovations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
