Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day you subscribe to a Pro plan).

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement. You can:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Exception: Digital Content

Please note: if you explicitly consented to begin receiving the digital service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may not apply. By subscribing and immediately using the Pro features, you agree that performance of the service begins immediately.
